I’ve done the sous (souc?) work stirring on that dish often, but not with chicken added. Wonder what it’d be like with squash in it for fall? (I envy you the fire pit cozy time and nice cooler temps now – we’ll be 90 or so down here in Tampa for at least another month..yuk!)
