Thank you to everyone that helped make the February 2009 “The Supper of Lamb” such a fun event. This month’s event was titled “Finding Love in Sicily” to celebrate Valentine’s Day and other Becci family associations with that seductive island of Sicily.

We started with a Seafood Antipasti that was marinated overnight. Attendees learned how to roll beef, remove pits from olives, slice fennel thinly, clean and slice blood oranges and not be afraid of artichokes.
