This dessert is a delightful surprise! It mixes juicy white peaches with sweet yellow tomatoes – yes, tomatoes! I first made this delicious treat a few years back when my dear friend Felix and I hosted  TomatoFest! for Slow Food. I have made it every year since and am left with nothing but crumbs whenever I serve it at a dinner party. (I even had to fight off my company to allow me to get a photo of the remaining piece at left.) The recipe is from the gorgeous book, ‘The Heirloom Tomato” by Amy Goldman, a delicious collection of recipes, tomato pics and inspiring gardening tips.
