Well nothing says Christmas like a Negroni with a seasonal fruit; in this case Clementines. Serve just one or two servings of these drinks per person in a Martini glass with a slice of Clementine. More than two per person will probably lead to undesirable consequences.

Makes 2 to 3 servings.

Ingredients and Directions:

• 3 clementines, peeled
• 3 dashes of orange bitters
• 1/4 cup high quality Gin
• 1/4 cup Campari
• 3 tablespoons sweet vermouth
• Ice cubes
• 2 clementine slices (for garnish)

Special equipment: Cocktail shaker

Place 3 whole peeled clementines and orange bitters in cocktail shaker and muddle until clementines are broken down.
