Happy New Year Michele! We made the roasts cauliflower and kale soup and it is AMAZING! Love the nuttiness of the pine nutsand the crunch of the toasted kale. I feel healthier already.!i so enjoy your beautiful photography. Can’t wait to see you guys in person soon <3!

I love how you just took what was available and came up with a delicious soup. Yes, we certainly have had a cold snap here in the Princeton/New Hope area. I imagine it must be bone chilling by the river, but what a nice view you have. And in an 1830s home! Wow. Good luck with the kitchen renovation. I hope you will share pix.
