Susan.. Thanks for your wonderful comment. The cookbook is in English. It’s really an encyclopedia of Italian cooking. About 4 inches thick and indexed well by region and ingredient. If you interested in sticking with true regional cooking, it’s a great reference. Some of the recipes need a bit of thought because they assume an existing knowledge of the Italian cuisine.
