Did you end up using your chives, oregano or thyme? You could sub any of them although as you would expect, it would change the taste.

I made this! It is one of the most delicious sauces I’ve ever tasted, BUT I only had run-of-the-mill dried supermarket pasta to serve it with, and the pasta was not good enough to honor the sauce. Make sure you have some fresh pasta for the. The sauce, I could drink.
