I don’t think I tasted grilled sardines there but I’ve sampled them everywhere else in Europe. 🙂 It’s one of the foods I look forward to eating most when traveling to the Mediterranean (and almost named my blog after them, believe it not). When I found fresh ones here at home I couldn’t wait to make them but I didn’t photograph them as beautifully as you have done here. Looks wonderful! Is the sauce similar to an Italian salsa verde? So happy to visit here and see one of my favorite foods featured. Thanks so much for your visit to L&A. 🙂
