The ragu is out of this world delicious! I am not a huge fennel seed fan, so I omitted the seed and still had a good fennel taste with the fresh fennel and from sausage. I also used a mild Italian sausage which is my preference. Thank you for sharing this recipe. This one is a keeper.

I’m sorry this didn’t work out for you. I definitely like a chewy pasta but I’m surprised the #7 setting didn’t work. If you want to try again, you might let it dry in the fridge and try a thicker setting. If the pasta collapses on itself, you’ll get a thick pasta. The idea is to let the sauce get inside the tube.
