Also known as farrotto, we enjoy this dish frequently in our home. So simple to make, and yet so very satisfying, it is perfect alone or as a side dish, and a welcome switch from the usual method of preparation. I bet it is wonderful with figs. Both foods have an earthy taste. Che bello piatto! Complimenti!

This looks delicious! I love figs and (mushroom)risotto is one of my favorite dish to prepare..,never thought to put the two together. Can’t wait to try it! Thank you for sharing:)
