Instead of zucchini these days, I grow tromboncino squash, but use them in the same way. If you’re not familiar, it is an interesting Italian heirloom squash, which if allowed to fully ripen, can also be used as a winter type squash. We love them! It’s always good to have another recipe for these. Thank you for posting them!
